Jing Luo Qi Gong
In this 12 week course, each student will learn the entire Jing Luo Qi Gong system developed by Professor Li Ding. Jing Luo Qi Gong explores basic Channel Theory, the pathways of each channel, the internal/external pairing of organs, and the 24-hour cycle of energy distribution throughout the channels. Each class will involve a deep review of each channel, important acupuncture points, and the practice of the entire form. By the end of this course, students will be proficient in the practice of Jing Luo Qi Gong, a powerful way to maintain and restore health and balance in the body, mind, and spirit.

Shen Long Xingyiquan
Shen Long Xingyi is one of the foundational internal martial arts studied within the North American Tang Shou Tao Association. Shen Long Xingyi was brought to the United States by Master Hsu-Hong Chi and transmitted to Dr. Vince Black, the founder of NATSTA. Training Xingyi provides the practitioner with excellent complete body conditioning that not only builds health, provides solid martial defensive skill, and calms the mind. Training in this art requires a $100 annual membership to the North American Tang Shou Tao Association as well as a $60 monthly class fee. Qi Gong For Veterans
Qi Gong classes are on-going every Monday morning at 11 am and held at the Southern Arizona Veteran's Hospital. This class is open and appropriate for Veteran's and their family members of all levels and abilities. Currently, we are practicing the Wang Ji Wu Exercises for Health and Longevity. Qi Gong is a great way to begin each day, and to cultivate more energy and vitality along with a calm and balanced mind and spirit. Free to Veterans!
